Description
a novel weaving together two timelines. In 2014, at a dinner among friends and colleagues, a poet reads a new poem — “A Corona for Vivien” — whose text becomes the stuff of enduring mystery when the poem is lost and only rumors remain. Over a century later (in 2119), a scholar in a future world ravaged by environmental catastrophe becomes obsessed with finding that poem. What begins as a literary search becomes a journey into memory, love, identity and a haunting investigation into past secrets — challenging what it means to truly know anything across time and loss.
