Description
Amy Wheeler works private security, and her current assignment — babysitting a reclusive bestselling novelist on his own island off South Carolina — is meant to be one of the easy ones. Richard Osman builds his new series around Amy and the small, mismatched team she ends up working with, stepping away from his Thursday Murder Club regulars to start something with its own cast and its own rhythm. It’s the first book in the We Solve Murders series and set up a second installment not long after.
