Scottie Price has a problem. She just started a new job where she's the only woman on a team of happily married men. To fit in with her boss and colleagues, she impulsively lies about having a husband. When her eagle-eyed coworkers notice she isn't wearing a wedding ring, she panics and claims her marriage is on the rocks. Her boss’s "solution" is a mandatory one-on-one session with a top marriage counselor; who happens to be the boss’s husband.Desperate to keep the ruse alive, Scottie enlists Wilder Wells, her best friend's millionaire brother and an improv enthusiast, to play her husband. The lie escalates when Wilder accidentally signs them up for an intensive eight-day summer marriage camp in the woods, alongside Scottie's boss. Forced into close quarters, the fake couple must navigate outdoor challenges and therapeutic breakthroughs, all while trying to ignore the very real spark growing between them.
