Roger Priddy

Creator of Priddy Books for babies and young children

Roger Priddy's books invite young children to point, name, touch and discover. As the creator of Priddy Books, he develops early-learning titles in which clear photographs, familiar objects and interactive features are part of the reading experience. Born in 1960, he worked in children's publishing before establishing the imprint in 2000. First 100 Words and See, Touch, Feel introduce different approaches to shared reading, while slide-and-find books make moving parts part of the activity. His catalogue ranges from first words and concepts to simple nonfiction about animals, vehicles and the world around a child.
